SES to Provide ongoing support to EUROCONTROL

SES have been awarded a contract to provide support and maintenance for the SMGET (System Map Generator and Extractor Tool) software to users under the authority of EUROCONTROL.

SES will provide a helpdesk that will allow users to raise problems with, or queries about the SMGET and ICAT+ tools. Contact to the helpdesk will be via telephone, e-mail, fax, and a support website is being developed that will allow users to raise support cases online, download the latest release of software and view documentation for the products, e.g. user manuals.

SES are to provide the service until the end of 2003, and hope to provide a similar service to other users of SES products in the future.
